THAI LARB SALAD (larb moo ลาบหมู)
This dish can be made in about 10 minutes. I chop the herbs and shallots before I start cooking. It’s great served with rice, with cabbage, or wrapped in lettuce leaves! Toast and grind a good amount of uncooked sticky rice before hand and keep it in your pantry for future use! Any ground meat or chopped up tofu works great in this recipe!
