MANGO STICKY RICE
I have loved this dish ever since I visited Thailand! I always felt intimidated by the sticky rice so I never attempted it until now! This recipe was easy to follow and it turned out SO good!
This recipe is from the Eating Thai Food Blog, he gives lots of information so I recommend reading through it all to feel really comfortable before you start! And buy your champagne/ataulfo mangos ahead of time to make sure they get super sweet!
OVERNIGHT FOCACCIA
This is my favorite focaccia recipe because it’s very easy and versatile! I like to add halved red grapes (cut side up), fresh thyme leaves, and a hearty sprinkle of Maldon Salt. Drizzle a generous amount of balsamic glaze over a slice and you'll never go back to normal focaccia.
