CRUNCH WRAP SUPREME
Making these at home is almost as easy as going to Taco Bell. They only take 20 minutes and are so easy to make!
This recipe was the closest to what I do, the only thing missing is cutting out a smaller tortilla round (the same size as the tostada) and placing it on top of the cheese before folding your tortilla up!
We always have extra sauce from Taco Bell, but Cholula is also a great choice! Don’t be shy with the nacho cheese and sour cream, you want it saucy~
SPRING ROLLS + PEANUT SAUCE
This is a healthy and fun dinner I like to make quite often!
All you have to do is clean and chop up your veges and boil some pork or whatever meat your prefer!
Shrimp, pork, chicken, tofu, or no meat! Anything works, make it your own to fit your taste and family!
I always prep way too many vegetables so we went up eating them over the span of a few days or we turn them into noodle bowls or a salad!
SPICY GALBI JJIM (갈비찜)
This is a spicy version of a favorite Korean dish of mine!
Short ribs are braised in a spicy sauce and it cooks down into a thick sauce that coats all the meat and vegetables!
I love the vegetables in this dish so I always go heavy on them!
